Ottawa Residential Services, Inc. (ORSI) exists to provide affordable and accessible housing options for all persons in Ottawa County, Ohio, including those with disabilities or who are otherwise disadvantaged.

ORSI owns and manages more than 100 rental units in Ottawa County, including Island View Manor, Rose Acre Manor and many other individual properties.

It is our plan to provide Ottawa County with an ever-expanding range of housing options, to meet the evolving needs of all the county's residents.
